When do I receive my tickets and (if any) hotel voucher?

Today, almost all tickets are e-tickets or mobile tickets. Normally, we email out the ticket and, if applicable, the hotel voucher no later than 1-3 days before the respective event.

The event I’m looking for cannot be found on your website, what do I do?

The match ticket is valid until the new date. If you have booked a hotel with us, we will move the hotel stay to fit the new match date. Any price difference on the hotel due to the new date is the customer's responsibility.

Can I cancel my booking ?

Tickets and packages booked for events are non-refundable regardless of the personal circumstances of the travelers. Unfortunately, we have no ability to cancel with the respective club or provider.

Do you provide flight tickets?

We never sell any flights, you have to book them yourself. However, we can help and advise on different flights depending on the destination. Please contact us.

Do you provide match tickets only?

In the most of cases, we sell packages (match ticket + at least one night's stay). Depending on the event, it may be possible. Please get in touch and we will try to help

Is there any discount for children/ groups ?

The price for children and adults is basically the same for all our trips. Groups larger than 5 people always receive customized offers, where the price will be tailored depending on the contents of the package.

In some cases it will be cheaper and in other cases it may well risk becoming more expensive if, for example, there is a high demand for hotels and tickets for the intended trip.

Is it safe to book a sports trip through Sports Away?

How many seats can you guarantee to be seated togehter?

It depends on the supplier and venue/club. We can always guarantee at least a pair, but for some teams we can guarantee up to 40-50 seats together. We strive to be clear in the package description with how many seats can be guaranteed together depending on the event.
